Biodegradable Konjac Sponge - Toxin-free Cleansing

A konjac sponge deeply cleanses, gently exfoliates, helps kills blemish-causing bacteria and assists in balancing the pH of the skin.  

Konjac sponges are suitable for all skin types (even young children and babies) but can be particularly beneficial for anyone dealing with acne or congested skin as the fibres help to gently unclog blocked pores while sloughing off dull, dry skin.

Konjac sponges have been a popular beauty tool in parts of Asia for some time, particularly in Japan and Korea. Indagare’s konjac sponge is made from 100% pure konjac fibre and is fully biodegradable so it is great for the environment as well as wonderful for your skin!

Before using your sponge for the first time, rinse thoroughly with water and squeeze out. Gently massage the sponge around your face in a circular motion (use with or without a cleanser – using it after your cleanser brings a double cleanse benefit to the routine, however, if you've not worn makeup that day the sponge alone should be enough).

Be sure to hang your Konjac sponge away from your shower to dry thoroughly after each use. Replace the sponge once it starts to break down. You can also boil your sponge in a pot of water from time to time to clean it. The sponge should last 5-10 weeks depending on the amount of usage and care. Even if it lasts beyond this you may wish to consider replacing it for hygiene reasons.
